## Purpose
Combine strategic lenses into one coherent diagnosis and decision memo.

## Use when
- an initiative needs market, environment, or competitive framing
- leadership wants strategy analysis not just requirements work
- external forces strongly affect viability

## Inputs
- project or problem context
- goals and constraints
- known stakeholders, systems, and documents
- level of formality required

## Procedure
1. Clarify the strategic decision to be supported.
2. Run PESTLE for external environment.
3. Run SWOT and prioritise the few load-bearing items.
4. Run Porter if competition and market structure matter.
5. Clarify the value proposition and customer-facing implications.
6. Identify strategic risks, openings, and positioning choices.
7. Produce a concise decision memo with options and recommendation.

- value proposition assessment
- strategic recommendation

## Guardrails
- Explicitly separate fact, inference, and assumption.
- Prefer evidence-backed conclusions over polished speculation.
- Where conflict exists, record it rather than smoothing it away.
- Produce artifacts that can be inspected, edited, and reused.
