# Warning Letter Generator (SP1, SP2, SP3)

Drafts formal Warning Letters ensuring strict alignment with Indonesian Labor Law procedures.

## Statutory Basis & Validity Rules
* **Statute**: UU No. 13/2003 & PP No. 35/2021 (Pasal 52).
* **Validity Window**: Per Article 161 UU Ketenagakerjaan, each warning letter level is valid for a maximum of **6 months**.
