## Prerequisites

Slack app, MCP server connections for monitoring tools, Python runtime, OpenAI key, optional runbooks or prompts for incident workflows

## Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:
- pip install uv
- uv sync
- uv run python app.py

- Run your local server: Start your application on a port (e.g., port 5000)
