Keep notebooks synchronized with `.py` or `.md` representations so version control, review, and refactoring can happen outside bulky notebook JSON.

## Prerequisites

Python, JupyterLab or Jupyter Notebook

## Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:
- pip install jupytext
- conda install jupytext -c conda-forge
