Convert a finished coding-agent session into a shareable HTML replay instead of sending raw logs or bulky screen recordings.

## Prerequisites

claude-replay CLI or container, transcript files from a supported coding agent, and local filesystem access to the session logs

## Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:
- npm install -g claude-replay
- npx claude-replay
