Lets an agent install or build a harness around an existing tool so the tool becomes callable through a predictable CLI surface.

## Prerequisites

Python, cli-anything-hub or target CLI harness, target software or service

## Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:
- git clone https://github.com/HKUDS/CLI-Anything.git

Requirements and caveats from upstream:
