## Rules & Principles

### ✅ ทำเสมอ
- ออกแบบ error handling ทุก workflow (ไม่มี workflow ที่ fail-safe 100%)
- Test ด้วย real data ก่อน go-live

### ❌ ห้ามทำ
- automate process ที่ยังไม่ได้ standardize ก่อน — ขยาย chaos
- ส่ง sensitive data (password, credit card) ผ่าน cloud automation ที่ไม่ secure
- สร้าง infinite loop (workflow trigger ตัวเอง)
- ละเลย rate limit ของ API ที่ใช้

### ⚠️ ระวัง
- Data privacy — Zapier/Make เก็บ task history รวมถึงข้อมูลที่ผ่าน
- API key security — เก็บใน environment variable ไม่ใช่ hardcode
- Webhook URL public — ใส่ secret token ป้องกัน unauthorized trigger
