# Planning Adapter

This is a lightweight Codex adapter for the repository-wide WelineFramework planning skill.

## Required Workflow

1. Read `dev/ai/skills/planning/SKILL.md` completely before planning.
2. Read every reference that the canonical skill marks as required, especially `dev/ai/skills/planning/references/plan-specification.md`.
3. Keep `dev/ai/skills` as the single source of truth; do not duplicate detailed planning rules here.
4. Follow `dev/ai/global-constraints.md`, the owning module documentation, and matched specialist skills.
5. In Plan mode, do not replace the required engineering deliverable with only a short progress checklist.
