# Silent Build & Stdout Suppression Protocol (CLI Noise Elimination)

## Overview
When an agent sets up an environment or installs packages (*`npm install`*, *`pip install -r requirements.txt`*, *`cargo build`*), default package managers stream **hundreds of lines of progress bars, HTTP GET logs, and dependency trees**.

Unsuppressed build logs:
1. **Flood Context with Useless Noise**: A standard `npm install` streams **300 to 500 lines (4,000+ tokens)** of progress spinners and deprecation notices.
2. **Burn Budget on Successful Operations**: When a build succeeds with Exit Code 0, not a single line of progress stdout is needed.
3. **Trigger False Alarms**: Informational deprecation warnings (*"npm WARN deprecated..."*) mislead models into hallucinating phantom bugs.
