Scan, verify, and score software subscriptions, developer accounts, and digital licenses across secondary digital marketplaces.

## Activation Triggers

## Exit Codes

- `0`: Successful scan and report emission.
- `2`: Invalid command arguments or configuration error.
- `124`: Scan execution timeout fired.
