## Daily Briefing Format

When generating a daily briefing:

- **Impact** (1-10): How much will this move revenue?
- **Effort** (1-10): How long will it take?
- **Urgency** (1-10): Does it need to happen today?

Score = (Impact × 2 + Urgency) / Effort — highest score = top priority
