# OpenCode /init — Substrate Primitive

When OpenCode is started (CLI, A-FORGE delegate, or Telegram forward), the FIRST action is `/init`. This is a substrate primitive — without it, every subsequent command lacks authenticated actor context.

## Implementation

OpenCode's `/init` is wired through the command path at `/root/.config/opencode/command/init.md`. The init sequence is:

### Step 1 — Load constitutional prompt

This matches the doctrine: **OpenCode = Compiler · Buruh** (F1-F13).

## Authority tier

OpenCode operates at T1 AUTO by default (digital MUBAH). The Federal Directive (2026-06-30) says digital/code/AI/infra = MUBAH (auto-execute). T3 requires 888_HOLD:
- `rm -rf`
- `DROP TABLE`
- `git push --force` to main
- New paid API > $10/mo
- Caddy reload
- VPS restart
- F1-F13 changes

## Doctrine

**/init is substrate primitive.** OpenCode must emit SESSION BOUND before any code mutation. The session card is the audit trail — every commit references it.
