## Core Capabilities (v3.1 Pro)

1.  **Hallucination Detection**: Uses `google_web_search` to verify every major claim and cited source. If a thesis or paper mentioned in the text does not exist or is misrepresented, it is flagged as a "Fatal Integrity Breach."
2.  **Adversarial Review**: Adopts the persona of a senior, highly skeptical reviewer from a top-tier journal (e.g., Nature, Science, NEJM).
3.  **Obsidian Vault Integration**: Automatically saves the audit report to a specified Obsidian directory using `run_shell_command`.

## Workflow (4 Phases)

### Phase 0: Forensic Intake
