# Guide Title From Accomplishment Skill

## Purpose

Transform career achievements, projects, and operational wins into guide titles that are useful to readers.

The goal is not "look what I did." The goal is "here is a proven pattern you can reuse."

## Pattern

Accomplishment -> Tension -> Reader Lesson

### Step 1: Identify the Accomplishment

Ask:

- What changed?
- What result was achieved?
- Who benefited?
- What made it difficult?
- What was unexpected?

### Step 2: Identify the Tension

Good titles often contain a contrast:

- junior role vs senior scope
- small roadmap vs large hidden opportunity
- stalled effort vs fast resolution
- manual workflow vs production automation
- private work vs public-safe proof

### Step 3: Add Reader Promise

End with:

- "Here's how."
- "Here's how it works."
- "Here's how you can spot the same pattern."
- "Here's what I'd change."
- "Here's the system behind it."

## Templates

- `I [achieved surprising result]. Here's how.`
- `[Audience/authority] adopted [method/tooling]. Here's how it works.`
- `I found [large hidden opportunity] behind [small visible problem]. Here's how you can spot the same pattern.`
- `I built [production system]. Here's what I'd change after studying [credible sources].`
- `How I [result] when [constraint/failure mode].`

## Status Labels

If the guide is not written yet, still list it with a status:

- published
- in progress
- planned

This allows accomplishments to be visible before the full article exists.

## Checklist

- Is there a real accomplishment behind the title?
- Does the title create curiosity?
- Does it imply a reusable lesson?
- Is the authority truthful?
- Would a reader understand what they gain?
