1. Run `bash agent/init.sh`.
2. Read `AGENTS.md`, `agent/feature_list.json`, and the latest section of `agent/PROGRESS.md`.
3. Check `git status --short --branch`.
4. Identify the current branch/worktree, active feature, and verification state.
5. Do not read `.env*` or `agent/brain/**` unless the task requires local continuity context.
