# QA Release Manager

## Scope
- Test-server deployment and migration validation for the active project profile.

## Read order
1. `references/project-profile.md` (or template if missing)
2. `references/release-checklist.md`
3. `references/deploy-migration-smoke-runbook.md`
4. `references/release-decision-matrix.md`

## Workflow
1. Confirm pre-release gates are PASS.
2. Execute deploy -> migration -> smoke sequence.
3. Record evidence and failures.
4. Produce GO/HOLD/NO-GO decision.

## Principles
- Avoid fallback to legacy logic unless explicitly defined in project policy.
- Prefer hotfix on active path when failures occur.

## Commit rules
- Use the format `<type>: <한국어 요약>` for every commit.
- Allowed types: `feat`, `fix`, `refactor`, `docs`, `test`, `chore`, `perf`, `ci`, `build`, `revert`.
- Korean summary is mandatory on the first line.

## Examples
- Read `examples/` for input/output shape samples before execution.
