Read weekly plans, active binders and linked workstreams, current commitments, and recent high-signal receipts.

Return:

- where things stand;
- what changed since the last meaningful checkpoint;
- today’s time-sensitive commitments;
- blocked or conflicting work;
- one recommended primary focus and one fallback.

Prefer canonical snapshots over old handoffs, receipts over unreliable mtimes, and current facts over activity volume. Keep the briefing short. Do not rewrite plans or state unless asked.
