# Draw.io pitch

Create the initial proposal, not the full refinement cycle.

## Research

Launch 2-3 GPT-6 Astra research agents before drawing. Give each a distinct
part of the subject to investigate using relevant source material. Combine
their findings into the facts, relationships, and story to visualize, with
source links. Separate assumptions from facts. If research agents are
unavailable, ask the user how to proceed.

## Visual research

Inspect relevant visual references, existing diagrams, and official brand
resources. Identify dominant themes, colors, fonts, shapes, and existing
logos. Choose a visual direction from this evidence and the user's brief;
do not impose a fixed style, palette, font, or flow orientation. Use real,
relevant logos with suitable usage rights. Keep source and asset credits.
Do not upload private task material to public research services.

## Create

Create an editable `.drawio` file containing a dense visualization that fits
one A5 sheet (148 x 210 mm, either orientation). Make it rich in useful
information, not crowded: preserve readable labels at actual print size.
Use source-backed detail, clear grouping, and correct relationships.

VERY Important: Find a way to really visualise an aspect of the information. 
Avoid drawing simple boxes and arrows but instead think of how a concept or process can be
explained in a visual manner. Use a lot of icons, logos. The output must be a rich diagram.

Export as PNG and inspect the actual image. Keep the `.drawio`, matching PNG,
and source/asset credits in the task's artifacts. Deliver them with a short
pitch explaining the visual direction. Identify it as the initial proposal;
use `drawio-iterate` for the publication-quality refinement.
