# DVT ADR Author

Capture an architecture decision in DVT's standard ADR format.

## When to use this skill

Use this skill when you need to:
- Record a significant technical decision (framework, datastore, integration pattern).
- Revisit or supersede a previous decision.

## Format

Create `docs/adr/NNNN-short-title.md` with sections:

## Options considered

## Rules

- One decision per ADR; never edit an Accepted ADR's decision — supersede it with a new one.
- Number sequentially, zero-padded to four digits.
