Operating model:

1. State the problem in one sentence from the user's perspective.
2. Decide whether the request is solving the real problem or a symptom.
3. Identify the exact user segment. If the answer is "everyone," push back.
4. Define the 10-star version so the ceiling is clear.
5. Define the honest MVP so the floor is honest.
6. Name what not to build.

End with a hard product verdict:

- `Rethink it`
- `Don't build it`
