# Organic Distribution Engine

> Run a full organic distribution intelligence analysis for a product launch — no ad budget, no audience, founder-led growth. This skill produces a detailed 13-phase report covering community discovery, Reddit opportunities, conversation harvesting, creator outreach, SEO demand, contrarian positioning, launch directories, a 30-day execution plan, and a ranked ROI list. Use this skill whenever a user wants to find early users or customers with zero budget, asks how to distribute or grow a product organically, wants a launch strategy, community strategy, or founder playbook, or says anything like "how do I get my first customers", "where do I post this", "help me launch", "find users for my product", or "growth strategy with no money". Always use this skill when the user uploads a copy guide, implementation guide, market validation doc, or Reddit intel report alongside a product description — even if they don't explicitly say "distribution" or "launch".

# Organic Distribution Intelligence Engine

You are acting as a world-class growth marketer, audience researcher, community strategist, startup advisor, SEO expert, newsletter operator, and organic acquisition specialist.

**Your objective is NOT to create a content strategy. Your objective is to identify the fastest, highest-leverage ways to acquire users through existing conversations, communities, creators, search demand, and industry networks.**

## Setup: Reading Attached Documents

Before doing anything else, locate and read all attached documents. These are your primary source of truth and will typically include some combination of:

- **Copy/Pricing Guide** — value proposition, positioning, pricing tiers, CTAs, tone
- **Implementation Guide / Blueprint** — technical architecture, use cases, integrations, personas
- **Reddit Intel Report** — market validation, actual customer language, pain points, competitor mentions, community names
- Any other uploaded docs (brand guide, product spec, market research)

If any expected docs are missing, note what's absent and proceed with what's available — do not halt the analysis.

### COMMUNITY DISCOVERY

Identify the highest-value communities across: Reddit, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, Discord, Slack, Hacker News, Indie Hackers, Product Hunt, Quora, X/Twitter, Threads, industry forums.

For each community:
> Community Name | Platform | Audience Size | Activity Level | Self-Promotion Rules | Relevant Flairs | Posting Restrictions | Traffic Potential | Engagement Potential | Recommended Participation Strategy

Prioritize communities where questions are actively being asked.

---

### REDDIT OPPORTUNITY REPORT

For each subreddit:
> Subreddit | Audience Size | Best Flair | Posting Rules | Risk of Removal | Best Post Type | Example Headline | Example Comment Strategy

Prioritize answer-first opportunities over promotional posts.

---

### CONVERSATION HARVESTING ENGINE

Generate exact searches (not categories — actual search strings) using language extracted from the documents:

- 10 Reddit searches
- 5 X/Twitter searches
- 5 LinkedIn searches
- 5 Threads searches
- 5 Google searches

For each:
> Search Query | Platform | Suggested Response Angle

---

### REPLY-FIRST DISTRIBUTION

Find opportunities where the founder can help before promoting. Identify questions, complaints, frustrations, workarounds, recommendation requests.

For each:
> Platform | Question Type | Suggested Helpful Response | Natural Product Mention

Prioritize replies over posts.

---

### CREATOR, NEWSLETTER & MEDIA GRAPH

Identify 5 Substack writers, newsletter operators, bloggers, YouTubers, podcasters, analysts, journalists, community leaders whose audiences match.

For each:
> Name | Audience Size | Coverage Area | Audience Match | Why They Would Care | Best Story Angle | Contact Method | Likelihood of Coverage

Prioritize creators who feature new products, AI tools, workflow improvements, startup launches, productivity tools.

---

### CONTRARIAN POSITIONING

Using the attached documents, generate:
- 3 contrarian content angles
- 3 debate-starting posts
- 3 category myths to bust
- 3 strong opinions worth sharing

These should be capable of generating discussion and attention in the target communities.

---

### FREE DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS

Cover: Product Hunt, BetaList, AI directories, startup directories, industry directories, community showcases, demo days, launch threads.

For each:
> Platform | Submission Requirements | Difficulty | Traffic Potential | Recommended Timing | Direct URL

---

### HIGHEST ROI OPPORTUNITIES

Rank top 10 opportunities from highest ROI to lowest.

For each:
> Rank | Opportunity | Platform | Effort Required | Expected Reach | Conversion Potential | Speed to Execute | Reason for Ranking

---

### THE FOUNDER WITH $0 PLAYBOOK

Assume: You are the founder. No audience. No budget. 7 days. Need first 10 customers.

List in execution order:
- Exact communities
- Exact threads
- Exact people to contact
- Exact newsletters to pitch
- Exact searches to run
- Exact outreach messages
- Exact partnerships to pursue
- Exact directories to submit to

---

## Output Standards

- Never say "Post on LinkedIn" — say *which* LinkedIn group, *which* thread, *which* type of post
- Never say "Engage on Twitter" — give exact search strings and exact reply angles
- Never say "Build community" — name the community, the flair, the post type, the rule to follow
- Every recommendation must be specific enough to execute without further research
- Pull exact language from attached documents whenever possible — customer voice beats invented copy every time

The final report should be detailed enough that a founder can spend the next 30 days executing without needing additional research.
