# eod-drafter (skeleton)

**Wound:** Daily synthesis costs too much calendar time.

## Behavior (v0 skeleton)

1. Collect public-safe activity signals (GitHub via `gh`, Slack non-client channels, calendar summaries).
2. Apply client-domain quarantine before any LLM call (see `docs/guardrails.md`).
3. Draft an EOD in the owner’s voice template.
4. DM the draft to `$OWNER_SLACK_USER_ID`. Human reviews and posts.

## Configure locally

- `OWNER_SLACK_USER_ID`
- `CLIENT_DOMAINS` / title aliases (local env only)
- `GATEWAY_BASE_URL`
- Workstream list / template path

## Do not commit

Client domains, real meeting fixtures with customer emails, or gateway credentials.
