# follow-up-radar (skeleton)

**Wound:** Internal commitments slip because nothing watches them.

## Behavior (v0 skeleton)

1. Search **internal** channels only — exclude `$CLIENT_CHANNEL_PREFIX`.
2. Classify candidate commitments (regex + optional gateway classifier).
3. DM a draft digest to `$OWNER_SLACK_USER_ID`.
4. Never auto-reply, never post to the source channel.

## Configure locally

- `OWNER_SLACK_USER_ID`
- Allow-list of internal channel IDs (local config file, gitignored)
- `CLIENT_CHANNEL_PREFIX` (default `#client-`)
- `GATEWAY_BASE_URL`

## Do not commit

Channel allow-lists with real IDs, client names, or permalink samples from production.
