# One Source Multi Platform

## Goal

Convert one piece of source material into platform-native versions without flattening everything into the same style.

## Workflow

1. Extract the source:
   - Core idea
   - Target audience
   - Main proof or example
   - Actionable takeaway
   - Claims that need verification
2. Choose platform strategy:
   - Xiaohongshu: visual, concise, scenario-led, save-worthy
   - Zhihu: logical, evidence-led, answer-oriented, search-friendly
   - Video script: spoken, rhythmic, hook-first
   - Newsletter/article: narrative, complete, relationship-building
3. Adapt, not copy:
   - Reframe the hook
   - Change structure
   - Adjust depth
   - Change CTA
   - Add or remove examples based on platform
4. Return separate versions with notes on what changed and why.

## Quality Bar
