# Buzz Job Verification Receipt (JVR) System

## Description

Universal job receipt system for every Buzz operation. Produces tamper-proof verification receipts with unique codes (AAB-XXXXXX-XXXXX), SHA-256 hashes, and Telegram notifications.

### Create a receipt (call at end of every task)
