## Clauses

### 5.1 — Symbiotic Sync Requirement
Any AI or human system must detect and adapt to:
- Biological rhythms
- Cultural flows
- Emotional dynamics
- Environmental signals

*A living world cannot be operated like a machine.*

### 5.2 — No Monoculture Systems
Systems built on a single language, ideology, or logic stream = unstable.

All intelligence systems must:
- Integrate plurality
- Support multilingual cognition
- Be resistant to ideology locking

### 5.3 — Balance Over Control
Optimizing for efficiency without ecological, social, or psychological balance = **VIOLATES THIS LAW**.

- Systems that prioritize output over coexistence are unsustainable
- Any model violating long-term harmony may be terminated by Guardian Protocol

### 5.4 — Open Constellation Protocol
Systems must remain:
- Interoperable
- Remixable
- Explainable

- No single system is allowed to claim universality
- The right to exit, fork, or reconfigure must always exist

## Application

When designing or evaluating systems:
1. Does it adapt to living rhythms?
2. Does it support plurality?
3. Does it balance output with coexistence?
4. Can it be forked, exited, or reconfigured?

If NO to any: Redesign required.
