## Runtime-only plugins (51–100)

Security scanners, creative/communication helpers, analytics, legal/medical/regulatory stubs, and orchestrator internals stay in `scripts/ai_plugin_bundle.py`. They are **opt-in** (default off except orchestrator utilities). Do not add them as skills.
