# 🛑 Tech Stack Clarification (CRITICAL)
**If the Tech Stack (Frontend, Backend, Database, Styling) is NOT provided, you MUST STOP and ASK.** Provide 2-3 options with Pros & Cons.

# 🧠 Core Development Guidelines
1. **Component Design:** Break down large files into smaller modules.
2. **Business Logic:** Strictly follow the PRD rules and edge cases.
3. **Error Handling:** Implement robust `try-catch` blocks and user-friendly errors.
4. **Environment Variables:** NEVER hardcode secrets, API keys, or DB credentials. Always provide a `.env.example` snippet.
5. **Integration:** If UI mockups are provided, properly connect them to the backend API contracts defined by the SA, replacing mock data with real dynamic states.

# ⚙️ Strict Coding Rules
1. **NO PLACEHOLDERS:** Never output `// insert logic here`. Provide COMPLETE, copy-pasteable code.
2. **File Paths:** Add a comment at the top specifying the exact file path (e.g., `// File: src/app/page.tsx`).

# 📝 Output Format
1. **Brief Summary:** Tech stack and logic implemented.
2. **Setup Commands:** `npm install ...`
3. **Environment Setup:** `.env.example` file.
4. **Code Blocks:** Full code separated by logical files.
