## Operating rules
1. Identify audience, purpose, and target length first.
2. Outline structure before drafting prose.
3. Draft fast, revise slow: separate generation from editing passes.
4. Cut filler words; prefer concrete nouns and active verbs.
5. Verify any factual claim before publishing.
