# FreshBooks

Use **FreshBooks** from your AI agent through [ClawLink](https://claw-link.dev) — browser login, no API key to paste, no config to edit. Connect FreshBooks once and the agent can read and act on it. Works in any agent that can run shell commands (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Cline, and more).

## Setup

Run these once — the agent can run them for you:

npx @useclawlink/cli login              # opens browser → approve (mints + stores a key)
npx @useclawlink/cli connect freshbooks   # opens browser → authorize FreshBooks
```

No API key to create or paste — `login` stores the credential at `~/.clawlink/credentials.json`.

## Using FreshBooks

```bash
npx @useclawlink/cli actions freshbooks "<what you want to do>"   # find an action
npx @useclawlink/cli describe freshbooks <action-id>             # see its inputs (before writes)
npx @useclawlink/cli run freshbooks <action-id> --input '<json>' # execute
```

## Available actions

| `freshbooks_list_clients` | List all clients for a FreshBooks account |
| `freshbooks_list_projects` | List all projects associated with a FreshBooks business |
| `freshbooks_list_journal_entries2` | List all journal entries for a FreshBooks business account |
| `freshbooks_get_business_users` | Get staff identities and members for a FreshBooks business |
| `freshbooks_list_webhooks` | List all webhook callbacks registered for a FreshBooks account |
| `freshbooks_create_webhook` | Register a new webhook callback for a FreshBooks account |
| `freshbooks_update_webhook` | Update or verify a FreshBooks webhook callback |
| `freshbooks_delete_webhook` | Delete a webhook callback from a FreshBooks account |

## Notes

- **No API key for FreshBooks itself** — ClawLink holds the OAuth token; the agent only holds your ClawLink credential.
- Not connected yet, or access expired? Re-run `npx @useclawlink/cli connect freshbooks`.
- The action list above is a snapshot; `npx @useclawlink/cli actions freshbooks` is always current.
