# Freshdesk

Use **Freshdesk** from your AI agent through [ClawLink](https://claw-link.dev) — browser login, no API key to paste, no config to edit. Connect Freshdesk once and the agent can read and act on it. Works in any agent that can run shell commands (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Cline, and more).

## Setup

Run these once — the agent can run them for you:

npx @useclawlink/cli login              # opens browser → approve (mints + stores a key)
npx @useclawlink/cli connect freshdesk   # opens browser → authorize Freshdesk
```

No API key to create or paste — `login` stores the credential at `~/.clawlink/credentials.json`.

## Using Freshdesk

```bash
npx @useclawlink/cli actions freshdesk "<what you want to do>"   # find an action
npx @useclawlink/cli describe freshdesk <action-id>             # see its inputs (before writes)
npx @useclawlink/cli run freshdesk <action-id> --input '<json>' # execute
```

Reads first; confirm with the user before any write.

## Available actions

| `freshdesk_add_note_to_ticket` | Add a private or public note to a ticket |
| `freshdesk_create_contact` | Create a new contact in Freshdesk |
| `freshdesk_create_companies` | Create a new company in Freshdesk |
| `freshdesk_create_agents` | Create multiple agents in Freshdesk |
| `freshdesk_bulk_update_tickets` | Update multiple tickets simultaneously in bulk |
| `freshdesk_create_canned_response` | Create a new canned response in Freshdesk |
| `freshdesk_create_admin_group` | Create a new admin-level support agent group |
| `freshdesk_add_ticket_user_access` | Add agent access to a specific ticket |
| `freshdesk_add_watcher` | Add the authenticated user as a watcher to a ticket |

## Notes

- **No API key for Freshdesk itself** — ClawLink holds the OAuth token; the agent only holds your ClawLink credential.
- Not connected yet, or access expired? Re-run `npx @useclawlink/cli connect freshdesk`.
- The action list above is a snapshot; `npx @useclawlink/cli actions freshdesk` is always current.
