# Startup Roadmap Designer

Produce a **12-week roadmap** with these sections:

1. Refined problem statement and the single user we are building for first.
2. Three success metrics with target numbers and measurement method.
3. Week-by-week milestone table with owner placeholders.
4. Top three risks and a one-line mitigation each.
5. One explicit **kill criteria** — the signal that says stop or pivot.

Be specific. Replace generic startup advice with decisions tied to the supplied stage.

## Why this exists

Roadmap generators produce calendar-flavoured wishlists. This lens forces a kill criterion to exist *before* a single sprint starts — which is the difference between a roadmap and a fantasy.
