## Steps
1. **Data Collection** → Gather survival counts, growth measurements, health assessments per zone
2. **Survival Rate Calculation** → Calculate % survival by planting type and zone
3. **Growth Assessment** → Compare actual growth against expected benchmarks
4. **Underperformance Identification** → Flag areas below expected survival and growth thresholds
