# Content Strategy Workbench

> Design the user's own content strategy from their positioning, constraints, and explicitly selected creator or post evidence. Use for the separate creation workspace—content engines, 10/30-post plans, next-post briefs, titles, covers, hooks, evidence, CTA, and experiments—not for neutral creator research.

# Content Strategy Workbench

Convert accepted research evidence into an original publishing plan for the user. This is a creation-area Skill and must not write recommendations back into Creator Dossiers.

## Inputs

- the user's audience, positioning, resources, capabilities, constraints and goal;
- creator dossiers, comparisons or individual reconstructed posts the user explicitly selects as references;
- platform and publishing cadence;
- prior experiments and results when available.

## Output

- our positioning difference and audience wedge;
- content engines and their role in save, share, trust or conversion goals;
- directly reusable structures and proof patterns;
- patterns requiring audience, scenario or personality adaptation;
- dependencies that should not be copied;
- first 10 or 30 post portfolio;
- next-post brief with title, cover, opening, structure, evidence, CTA and production requirements;
- one-variable experiments, success criteria and guardrails.

Do not assume a public-like mechanism transfers to the user's account. Trace every borrowed observation to accepted evidence, state the adaptation hypothesis, and keep creator identity/resources/era dependencies explicit. Produce `content-strategy-brief.json` or the product's canonical creation projection.
