# Podcast / Episode Repurpose Kit

The full per-episode distribution package. Analyze the actual episode — pull real quotes, moments, and timestamps; never write generic copy.

## Inputs

An episode link (or local recording) + episode number and host names.

## Deliverables (every episode)

1. **Newsletter / Substack post** — essay-style writeup with the embedded episode link.
2. **YouTube description** — hook, chapters with timestamps, links.
3. **LinkedIn posts ×N** — one per host, different angles on the same episode (not copies).
4. **Blog article** — SEO-friendly long-form.
5. **IG teaser copy** + reel script (hook → 2-3 beats → CTA).
6. **Branded graphics** — quote cards / episode art in an established, consistent design language. Check the previous episode's kit before generating anything new so the look stays consistent.

## Rules

- Keep a consistent file-naming scheme (e.g. `ep04-substack.md`, `ep04-ig-teaser.png`).
- Keep a list of "facts that have burned us" (dead links, retired domains, wrong handles) and never resurrect them.
- Match each platform's register: newsletter = thoughtful essay; LinkedIn = first-person practitioner insight (no hashtag spam); IG = punchy hook.

## Output

- Copy lands as **copy-paste-ready text in chat** AND as files in the content folder.
- Graphics as image files revealed in the file manager.
- Update the content dashboard/tracker with the episode row (status per channel).
