Reuse or establish [library context](../../references/library-context.md). One assignment covers a named site, web scope, feed set or related sources, with the caller's question, dates, bounds and output location.

When the caller gathers, return the native worker handle and expected evidence location immediately. Otherwise await this worker and return its actual outcome.
