2. **Revenue breakdown** by segment (last reported year, % of total)
3. **Unit economics**: gross margin, operating margin, FCF margin
4. **Competitive moat**: rate pricing power, switching costs, network effects, and scale each 1–5
5. **Key risks**: regulatory, competitive, execution — top 3 only
6. **Bull sentence**: why this company could be worth 3x in 5 years
7. **Bear sentence**: why it could go to zero
