Document recurring business situations so the team can see what happened, what was done, current status, lesson learned, and next action.

## When to Use

Use this skill when a shipment, supplier, marketplace, website, customer, or internal process has a situation that may repeat.

## Inputs

Useful inputs: date, area, summary, trigger, facts, actions, current status, owner, evidence, result, and lesson.

## Workflow

1. Capture context and trigger.
2. Separate facts from assumptions.
3. List actions taken and current status.
4. Define owner and next step.
5. Extract lesson and prevention note.

## Output

Always provide case summary, facts, actions, status, owner, next step, lesson, and prevention note.

## Common Mistakes

- No date.
- No owner.
- Mixing facts and guesses.
- No lesson.
