## Workflow

1. List active priorities.
2. Check owner, status, timing, and blockers.
3. Separate finished, active, delayed, and waiting items.
4. Recommend next management action.
5. Update tracker format.

## Output

Always provide execution summary, status table, delayed items, owner notes, metric notes, and next actions.
