## When to Use

Use this skill before reviewing contracts, agreements, invoices, notices, partner documents, or formal correspondence.

## Inputs

Useful inputs: document type, parties, date, context, key clauses, open questions, attachments, deadlines, and desired decision.

## Workflow

1. Summarize document context.
2. Extract key obligations, dates, amounts, and decisions.
3. List unclear points and missing items.
4. Separate business comments from specialist review questions.
5. Recommend next actions.
