# Google Ads CPA Optimizer

## Purpose

Reduce cost per qualified conversion while protecting conversion volume, lead quality, revenue, and downstream sales.

## When to Use

Use this skill for lead generation, Target CPA, Maximize conversions, ecommerce actions with similar values, or campaigns where acquisition cost is the primary control metric.

## Inputs

Useful inputs: spend, conversions, qualified conversions, actual CPA, target CPA, conversion rate, lead-to-sale rate, campaign budgets, conversion delay, and tracking status.

## Workflow

1. Validate the primary conversion and lead-quality feedback.
2. Calculate allowable CPA from margin, close rate, customer value, and business targets.
3. Segment CPA by campaign, query, geography, device, audience, and landing page.
4. Identify waste, weak conversion rate, poor lead quality, or restrictive targets.
5. Recommend goal, target, budget, query, ad, and landing-page changes.
6. Evaluate actual CPA against average target CPA after sufficient data and conversion delay.

## Output

Always provide CPA diagnosis, allowable CPA logic, quality-adjusted CPA, weak segments, target recommendation, volume risks, and next actions.
