# Google Ads ROAS Optimizer

## Purpose

Increase profitable conversion value from Google Ads while protecting margin, scale, and measurement quality.

## When to Use

Use this skill for ecommerce, revenue-based leads, Target ROAS, Maximize conversion value, Shopping, Performance Max, or any account where conversions have different business values.

## Inputs

Useful inputs: spend, conversion value, revenue, gross margin, actual ROAS, target ROAS, conversion delay, campaign budgets, product groups, values, and tracking status.

## Workflow

1. Validate conversion values and exclude unreliable goals.
2. Calculate break-even, target, and actual ROAS using margin and business goals.
3. Segment by campaign, product, category, market, device, and new versus returning customer.
4. Identify value loss from low-margin products, weak traffic, poor conversion, or restrictive targets.
5. Recommend target, budget, feed, landing-page, and campaign changes.
6. Change one major lever at a time and evaluate after sufficient conversion cycles.

## Output

Always provide ROAS diagnosis, break-even logic, high-value and low-value segments, target recommendation, scale plan, risks, and next actions.

## Common Mistakes

- Using revenue ROAS without margin context.
- Setting an unrealistically high target that removes volume.
- Evaluating before conversion delay is complete.
- Optimizing all products to one value target despite different margins.
