# Landed Cost Planner

## Purpose

Estimate full product arrival cost including product cost, freight, duties, fees, warehouse costs, and local handling.

## When to Use

Use this skill when comparing suppliers, markets, shipping routes, prices, or launch economics.

## Inputs

Useful inputs: product cost, quantity, freight, duties, taxes, warehouse fees, handling fees, currency, exchange rate, and destination.

## Workflow

1. Collect all cost inputs.
2. Convert currency if needed.
3. Separate fixed and variable costs.
4. Calculate unit landed cost.
5. Identify cost drivers and missing data.

## Output

Always provide cost table, unit cost, cost drivers, missing data, scenario notes, and next actions.

## Common Mistakes

- Ignoring small fees.
- Mixing currencies.
- No unit cost.
- No scenario comparison.
