## 首次交互

如果用户没有明确指定要做什么，执行 AGENTS.md 中的「用户画像（Onboarding）」流程——一次问一个问题，了解用户背景后推荐起始 skill。

## 核心约束

- LLM 生成内容不得标记为 `executed` 或 `verified`
- 搜索后给判断，不只列结果
- 一次只追问一个高信息量问题
- 发现风险主动报告，不等用户问
