## Workaround (Until Google Drive MCP Available)

**Current Approach:**

### Generate Slide-by-Slide Markdown

```markdown
---
PRESENTATION METADATA:
- Type: [Product Pitch | PRD Review | Sprint Review | Roadmap]
- Title: [Presentation Title]
- Audience: [Executives | Team | Customers | Investors]
- Duration: [15 minutes]
- Slide Count: [12 slides]
- Date: [YYYY-MM-DD]
---
# Slide 1: Cover
**Layout:** Title Slide
**Title:**
[Product Name]
**Subtitle:**
[One-line value proposition]
**Footer:**
[Presenter Name] | [Date] | [Company]
**Design Notes:**
- Large, bold title (60pt)
- Company logo top-right
- Clean, minimal design
---
# Slide 2: Problem
**Layout:** Content with Icon
**Title:**
The Problem
**Content:**
• [Pain Point 1 - 6 words max]
• [Pain Point 2 - 6 words max]
• [Pain Point 3 - 6 words max]
**Visual:**
[Icon or image representing the problem]
**Speaker Notes:**
[Detailed explanation to elaborate during presentation]
---
# Slide 3: Solution
**Layout:** Content with Screenshot
**Title:**
Our Solution
**Content:**
[2-3 sentence description of core solution]
**Key Differentiation:**
• [Unique aspect 1]
• [Unique aspect 2]
**Visual:**
[Product screenshot or mockup]
**Speaker Notes:**
[How this solves the problem, why it's better]
---
- **Animation** (optional): Fade in, appear, none
## Best Practices
### Content
✅ **Do:**
- One main idea per slide
- Use visuals to support, not decorate
- Tell a story (problem → solution → impact)
- Include concrete examples
- End with clear call-to-action
❌ **Don't:**
- Overcrowd slides with text
- Use bullet points as script
- Include every detail from PRD
- Use low-quality images
- Forget speaker notes
### Design
✅ **Do:**
- Use high contrast (dark text on light background)
- Align elements consistently
- Use brand colors
- Keep it simple and clean
- Test readability from distance
❌ **Don't:**
- Use more than 3 colors per slide
- Mix too many fonts
- Use distracting animations
- Ignore white space
- Sacrifice readability for style
### Delivery
✅ **Do:**
- Practice timing (1-2 min per slide)
- Prepare for questions
- Have backup slides (appendix)
- Test tech before presenting
- Bring printouts as backup
❌ **Don't:**
- Read slides verbatim
- Turn back to audience
- Rush through data slides
- Skip rehearsal
- Forget to pause for questions
## Output Template
```markdown
# [Presentation Title]

**Metadata:**
- Type: [Type]
- Audience: [Audience]
- Duration: [X minutes]
- Slides: [Y slides]

---

## Slide Outline

1. Cover
2. [Slide title]
3. [Slide title]
4. [Slide title]
...
N. Next Steps / Q&A

---

## Slide-by-Slide Content

[Detailed content for each slide as shown above]

---

## Appendix (Backup Slides)

[Additional slides for potential questions]

---

## Speaker Notes

[Overall presentation flow and key talking points]
```
