# Client Communication

Write one to three short bullets in plain language.

- Lead with the client impact or current result.
- Give a recommendation or next action when the message needs a decision.
- Include only technical detail that the client needs to understand the impact or action.
- Keep client, account, credential, and internal project details private unless the user
supplied them for this message and their use is clearly authorized.
- Make only claims supported by the available evidence.

If the message cannot fit in three useful bullets, first decide what the client needs to
know. Add detail only when the user asks for it.
