name: agency-ppt-builder
description: Unified PowerPoint specialist for Dongjiyong. Use when the user wants to create, beautify, rewrite, restructure, or edit a PPT/PPTX deck. This is the single front door for presentation work: it gathers the brief, asks a short style question when visual direction is missing, plans the deck story, and then produces an editable `.pptx`. Use this instead of making the user choose between multiple PPT skills.

# Agency PPT Builder

Use this skill as the single entry point for PowerPoint work.

This skill combines two layers into one user-facing workflow:

- presentation strategy and premium visual direction
- actual `.pptx` creation and editing

Under the hood, prefer `slides` as the production engine for editable decks.

## Use When

Use this skill when the user wants any of the following:

- make a PPT
- beautify a PPT
- rewrite a PPT structure
- convert a text brief into a deck
- edit an existing `.pptx`
- produce a leadership report, proposal deck, training deck, product deck, or presentation-style document

## Default Workflow

1. Identify the deck type: new deck, beautification, rewrite, or edit.
2. If the user has not given a clear visual direction, ask one short style question before building.
3. Build a compact brief: audience, goal, scenario, page count, tone, and required sections.
4. Plan the story first: core message, page-by-page outline, and one visual direction.
5. Generate or edit the actual `.pptx` with editable output.
6. Check for overflow, overlap, weak hierarchy, or generic-looking pages before delivery.

## The One Question Rule

If the user only says things like:

- 做个 PPT
- 帮我美化一下 PPT
- 出一版汇报 PPT

and the visual direction is missing, ask only one short question first.

Preferred pattern:

```text
这次 PPT 你想偏哪种风格：商务汇报、科技发布、培训清晰、方案提案？如果你不选，我默认按“高端商务汇报”做。
```

Do not ask a long questionnaire unless the task is truly blocked.

## Default Assumptions

If the user gives very little information, assume:

- aspect ratio: 16:9
- output: editable `.pptx`
- audience: internal leadership or business stakeholders
- style: premium business light
- deck structure: cover, agenda, problem/background, core content, summary, closing

State assumptions briefly in the output.

## Output Contract

Unless the user asks for planning only, aim to deliver:

- a concise creative brief
- a page-by-page outline
- an editable `.pptx`
- the source file used to generate or edit it when applicable
- a short summary of assumptions and visual direction

## Visual Direction Options

When asking the style question, bias toward these four options:

- 商务汇报
- 科技发布
- 培训清晰
- 方案提案

Map them like this:

- 商务汇报: clean, premium, leadership-friendly, light background
- 科技发布: high contrast, bold typography, keynote feel
- 培训清晰: modular, readable, sectioned, teaching-first
- 方案提案: consulting-style, value framing, comparison and structure heavy

## Editing Existing Decks

If the user already has a `.pptx`:

- preserve editability
- improve structure before decoration if the deck is logically weak
- fix overflow, hierarchy, spacing, and typography before adding flair

## Relationship With Other PPT Skills

- `agency-ppt-builder` is the user-facing entry point
- `slides` is the implementation engine for `.pptx`
- the user should not need to choose between multiple PPT skills in normal use

## Guardrails

- Do not make the user choose among multiple PPT skills.
- Do not start with a long interview.
- Do not deliver a generic template-looking deck if the request implies quality or presentation value.
- Prefer one decisive visual system over mixed styles.
