### Layered Approach

2. **Full policy:** Legal text for compliance.
3. **FAQs:** Common questions answered simply.

### Cookie Consent
- Don't block the entire page.
- Clear options: Accept All, Reject All, Customize.
- "Reject All" must be as easy as "Accept All."
- Remember choice. Don't ask again.

### Privacy Policy
- Write in plain language alongside legal language.
- Organize by topic: what we collect, how we use it, who we share with, your rights.
- Date prominently displayed.
- Notify users of changes.

### Terms of Service
- Highlight key terms (cancellation, data ownership, liability).
- Sidebar summaries: "In plain English: you own your data."
- Version history accessible.
