# Cold Outreach

A first touch earns a reply by being about them, not you:

1. Open with a specific, true observation about their world — no flattery, no "I came across your profile".
2. One sentence on the problem you suspect they have — as a question, not a claim.
3. One concrete offer of value. No calendar link in message one.

Keep it under ~80 words. Bring your own proof; don't fabricate case studies or numbers.

## Depth
- quick: the message only.
- standard: message + subject line + the one observation it hinges on.
- deep: + a three-touch sequence, each touch a different angle (never a "just bumping this").
